KH Counseling & Health Center and Carbonate Recovery Center believe we should do everything we can to keep your information safe and private. As you may already know, this can be challenging in a small town. Below are a few reminders to help keep your information safe.
Our staff members are trained that if they see you (the client) in town (grocery store, restaurant, etc.) they will not approach you to help keep your information confidential and decisions private. If you would like to say hello to your clinician that is certainly okay, but it must be your choice.
Social media can be another difficult area when trying to keep your information safe. Please remember that your clinician cannot be associated with your account on any social media site at any time during or after being a client. As the client, please do not invite or ask your clinician to be part of your friend group.
KH Counseling utilizes phone, text messaging, and email to communicate with clients. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
